AWa2000 is a system for the administration of all plants, tools and measuring instrument (objects) as well as the procedures concerned. Planned recurring know (cyclic tasks of maintenance) as well as unplanned measures (repairs, re-equipment, other tasks) to be scheduled and with resources (personnel, spare parts, measurements, special purchases) be provided. Thus all procedures intervening in these objects can be assigned, link and as a machine history to spend.

Recurring measures are provided automatically after maintenance plan and spent optionally on the desired goal printer. After seize necessary master data is thus an interference only necessary, if cycles, measures or target being change. The parts list function makes the linkage of several objects and coordinates measures for a complete unit of equipment possible.

All after different quality standards demanded data can be seized and most diverse criteria be listed and statistically spent. The resource planning and resources collection make an exact overview of needs and consumption as well as costs and foreign achievements possible. The coded collection of lack and errors makes error emphasis visible and is the basis for the steering of appropriate measures. The availability of plants or asset groups is made visible by appropriate characteristic numbers.

The integrated document interface links documents of all kinds (tables, texts, pictures, designs) with master data and measures and serves on the one hand the deposit of relevant object documents (manuals, technical designs), on the other hand the addition of orders (schmierplan, fire protection check list, etc.)
